Plum's own Jeniece Pettitt has this to say about Vail's hidden gem: "Osaki’s is by far the best sushi in the Vail Valley.  It is this little tiny restaurant that is tucked away behind all those galleries and such across from the Sonnenalp.  You definitely want to make reservations for this restaurant because it is always packed and it literally only seats about 30 people.  It is quite pricey, but worth the splurge."
