If you're not exactly sure what this means, think bluegrass. Think beautiful evening on the grass at Vail's Ford Amphitheater listening to five phenomenal musicians from San Francisco put together soulful, buttery music on Tuesday for Hot Summer Nights.
That's right, Hot Buttered Rum is next in the lineup.
Those unversed in the Hot Summer Nights series might want to read up here. Basically, it's a series of free concerts every Tuesday throughout the summer, wherein you bring friends, family, food and blankets and settle into the seats or on the green at the amphitheater and enjoy heavily touted rock, folk, bluegrass, reggae and everything in between.
It's the best time and place around for an evening picnic, two hours of people-watching and the most engaging free live concert you're likely to find anywhere.
Check out the Hot Summer Nights lineup.
